XyroNow provides educational programs, guided exercises, and facilitated sessions. The exact format, schedule, and deliverables depend on the plan you choose and what is described at the time of enrollment.

• We may update course materials to improve clarity and usability.
• We may change schedules with notice where feasible (especially for group cohorts).
• We may refuse or discontinue service in cases of abuse or policy violations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that disrupts security, availability, or performance.
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others in community or session contexts.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse content at scale without permission.

Accounts & communications

Some Services may require account setup or enrollment communications. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping it current.

We may contact you regarding administrative matters, requested information, policy updates, or service delivery. Marketing emails (if any) will include opt-out options (see Opt-out).

Intellectual property

The Site content, course materials, templates, and branding are owned by XyroNow or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use materials for your own learning.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post course materials without permission.
• You may not remove copyright notices or alter branding.
• Reasonable excerpts may be shared only with attribution and only where permitted.

Payments

Fees (if applicable) are disclosed at enrollment. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Refund Policy.

We do not promise outcomes. Fees relate to access and facilitation time, not results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, XyroNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost results, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service in the period permitted by law, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory rules.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Site or Services. You may stop using the Site at any time. Refund eligibility (if any) is described in Refund Policy.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts with jurisdiction in Japan, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
